Orders are processed by the next business day. Orders usually take 3 business days, unless a customer requests a different mode of shipping, such as 2 day, FedEx, or UPS. Insurance is available at a small additional charge. Shipping / Billing Addresses _______________________________________________________________ If your shipping address and mailing address are different, it doesn't present a problem. Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry is able to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although a slight delay in shipping your order may be involved. As a security precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information immediately after the order has been placed. For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. _______________________________________________________________ Processing Your Order _______________________________________________________________ All orders placed fter 3 pm Central Time are usually processed the next business day. Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry will try to accomidate our customers if special arrangements in shipping should be needed. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs. You may call us to see if we can meet your deadline. If, for some reason, we are unable to complete your order in a timely manner; Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation. ______________________________________________________________ Typographical Errors ______________________________________________________________ Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry makes every effort to check for typographical errors. However, should a typographical pricing error be discovered, we will immediately notify you of the correct price. Pointing out any errors, pricing or otherwise, is appreciated. ______________________________________________________________ Discontinued Items ______________________________________________________________ We do our best to keep accurate inventory. However, due to our suppliers discontinuing items, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you ever order a piece of jewelry and we discover it has been discontinued, we will do our best to find another supplier with that item, or one simuliar. If we are unable to locate the item, we will refund your money. We apologize if this should ever happen. ______________________________________________________________ Return Policy ______________________________________________________________ Prior authorization is required for all returns. All non-defective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging, etc, and be resalable as new. Returns to Bartley & Son Enterprises of non-defective merchandise before 30 days from the Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry's invoice date to the purchaser are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 30 days. Bartley & Son Enterprises is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days. ______________________________________________________________ Lost Package/Order Policy ______________________________________________________________ On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that Bartley & Son's Christian Jewelry has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.
